Q3 commission structure — preview available?
Q2's been a strong quarter on the SMDC inventory and my brokers are asking about Q3 commission structure to plan their July pipeline. Any preview of the Q3 tiers, or should we operate on the assumption that the current structure carries?

Coast Residences — any units left with parking included?
Most of my buyers ask about parking before unit type. On Coast Residences pre-selling: are there still studios or 1BRs with included parking, or has that all moved to the 'parking-extra' tier? I want to set expectations cleanly upfront.

Suncrest Heights Phase 2 lot pricing — flexibility on cash?
A pair of my brokers are working a cash-buyer pipeline on the new Suncrest Phase 2 lots. Is there any flexibility on list price for outright cash settlement within 30 days? I want to know what I can credibly offer before I have them flying down for a site visit.
Re: Laurel Hills EstatePatricia Sy·replied May 19, 2025Cash within 30 days: we can authorize 2% off list for the Phase 2 inventory, contingent on signed reservation by end of June. Send the lot numbers you're targeting and I'll pre-flag them with the credit desk.
