Suncrest Heights — six new Phase 2 lots released
Six new Phase 2 lots at Suncrest Heights are now visible to qualified partners. Lot sizes 250–340 sqm, all with mountain-side orientation. The 3% partner commission applies; the 3.5% tier kicks in on the 4th signed reservation per broker through end of quarter.
