Penthouse pricing — share publicly or buyer-meeting only?
On the two new penthouse units at Proscenium: do you prefer we share pricing publicly to qualified buyers, or hold it for in-person meetings? Trying to figure out whether to lead with it in a teaser or keep it as a hook for the showcase appointment.

Updated specs sheet — Laurel Hills 4BR layout B
The specs sheet I have on the Laurel Hills 4BR Layout B unit still shows the old garage configuration. Do you have the updated version with the side-entry garage? A buyer asked about utility room placement and I want to send accurate floor plans before our Saturday visit.

Partner appreciation dinner — bringing a sales associate?
Just confirming the headcount for the Q2 partner dinner on 28 June — would it be OK if I brought my top-producing sales associate as a guest? She's responsible for half the Laurel Hills reservations this quarter and I'd love for her to be in the room.

5% tier — does it carry across penthouse units?
The Q2 5% commission tier announcement was framed against 1BR/2BR inventory. Does it also apply to the two penthouse units that just entered? If yes, do I need to re-confirm the tier with the partnership desk before I quote a buyer?

Studios still available on Tower A floors 22–28?
I have two buyers asking specifically about the mid-floor band on Tower A — 22nd to 28th, bay-facing studio units. Can you confirm what's left in inventory there, and whether any are under soft reservation?
Re: Bayfront ResidencesBella Tan·replied May 10, 2025Floors 22–28 Tower A: 4 studios still uncommitted (units 22-04, 24-08, 26-04, 28-06). Two are on soft 72-hr holds expiring tomorrow noon. Reservation kit can ship today if you want to lock the corner units now.
